Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. To begin an exchange, email hello@atinanyc.com.

Return Policy

Returns of unworn items in their original condition are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

Returns requested after 14 days and within 30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only. Store credit never expires.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

A flat $14 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Processing & Refunds

Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
