For generations, Alicante has been home to some of the world's finest shoemakers. It is a place where knowledge is passed from one generation to the next, and where craftsmanship is measured not by speed, but by precision.
Every ATINA shoe is crafted in a family-run shop where decades of experience guide every stage of production. Many of the artisans have spent their entire careers perfecting their craft.
When I traveled to Alicante to work alongside the team — reviewing constructions, studying leathers, watching shoes come together by hand — I understood what it means to produce slowly and intentionally. That experience shapes every pair we make.

Many of the shoes are sewn by women who have spent decades at this work. Watching them assemble each pair with precision and care — not because a system forces it, but because they take pride in it — reminded me what luxury should actually mean: thoughtful design, skilled hands, and production rooted in dignity and respect.

Keeping the supply chain local is not only a quality decision. It is a footprint decision. Shorter distances between supplier and factory mean reduced transportation, tighter quality control, and a more transparent chain from raw material to finished shoe.
